Uncooked and smelly chicken

I am writing to complain about a recent experience I had at KFC Meredale location. On 06/02/2025, I purchased a Streetwise Feast meal. Unfortunately, the chicken in the meal was uncooked and had a foul smell.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I have been a loyal KFC customer for many years and have always been satisfied with my meals. However, this experience has left me feeling disgusted and hesitant to eat at KFC again.

I am asking that you take steps to ensure that this does not happen again. Uncooked chicken can be a serious health hazard, and it is important to take food safety seriously.
