Uncompromising bad service

Firstly the store never does not do online orders so long queues are the only option. Message pointed to nearest store in Lenasia and Protea North...

I tried ordering the Streetwise 5 with coke but we were told that there is no water in the store and they cannot serve us the cup cokes...not sure how water supply affects Cola Cola in a cup. At first the lady in the window told us they do not have the Streetwise 5 with Cokes offer because "KFC stores are different and have different offers from store to store'' We asked for extra chips to replace the cokes but the supervisor in the store refused.

Issue is how does water supply affect Cokes in a cup. If its ice cubes then we should be given an option of a ice-less coke.
