Unclean and not nice

<p>Went to get some KFC tonight, order 331. At the pickup point, insects running around on the counter. Empty dirty plastic bags just lying on the counter. I spoke to the lady at the pickup point about the cleanliness (or lack thereof), showed her the one insect running around, as well as the garbage lying on the counter. Her response was a mere "sorry sir" and total disregard. She turned around and left it as is. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was met by glaring silence from all the waiting staff (a total of 1 behind the till). Not nice, KFC, not nice. I think this was the last time I will visit KFC. Nando's across the road looks much more attractive.</p>
