Uncalled for, they not running a circus they running a business

I have had a really terrible experience. I have bought a barrel of 21pieces of chicken And 4 pieces was raw and the other pieces had feathers still on it which was really disgusting that we actually had to throw it away when I contacted them the Manger had an attitude over the phone instead of solving the issues she left the call hanging and we could here she was talking to her colleagues. I then drove all the way to them and while I was speaking to her she walks away. One of the other staff members came out also with an attitude. After 45mins of waiting of what need to be done we only got a replacement of 4 chicken pieces.
