unbelievable! !!

I phoned the KFC delivery line to order dinner, after waiting for 26 minutes someone finally answered, firstly they took about 5 minutes to just figure out my home address because they apparently have a new system that they're not used to. Then when we finally got to order they were out of twisters so we ordered burger meals just to be told they are out of all the diet soft drinks. ..my husband is a diabetic so after 45 minutes they were unable to help me! How's that for service? !
