Unbelievable

After posting my complaint on the 27th January, I received feedback, stating that someone from the Branch / Head Office would contact me. Nothing happened, then I received an email, stating complaint resolved, though no calls were received from anyone. I called the number on the email, spoke to a Lavin Williams, explained that no-one had called me, she then advised that the Branch had **** to her, she would post my complaint again & VOILA: STILL NOTHING. What is the use of complaining to anybody about these things, if nothing is going to be done about this. Can't complain about the service, as there's never any service to complain about. Just keeps on going downhill, though this doesn't suprise me anymore. WELL DONE KFC, WELL DONE.
