Unbelievable

Could I even begin. At this KFC you can wait up to twenty five minutes to get a toasted. I left with my toasted sandwich and even left the cappuccino beyond. Appalling to say the least, and on one than more occasion.

Other customers shared my frustration as well...we all just stood and waited and got blank stares when we enquired...if this was a once off...one could understand...but this place....I don't go to it anymore...
