Unattended complaint/unsolicited marketing on my email/short order

KFC Noordheuwel - on two occasions I've purchased my 9 pieces buckets, i received it short a piece.

My frustration however this time isn't so much about the missing pieces but with the non-response or lack of interest shown by KFC's towards customer complaints. I logged my concern for them to address via their app and email, instead of addressing the issue, it seems my Email details have been passed to their marketing team as I now receive unsolicited marketing emails and specials which I never signed up for.

DO YOUR FREAKEN JOBS!!!!
