Unacceptable to pay for food this bad!!

<p>After a long stressful day yesterday, we decided to get KFC for me, my husband and my two little boys, age 4 and 2 and 19:30!</p> <p> </p> <p>Before I get really angry, let me list what we ordered….. and you will see this is not a big order!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>1 Burrito</p> <p>1 Box meal</p> <p>1 Sprinkle pops</p> <p>1 large mash</p> <p> </p> <p>So let me start… after we paid for our food it was seconds and we got the entire order! Which already rang a bell! We live nearby, we got home thinking that my two little boys will have a good meal to eat! They love the sprinkle pops and the mash, so this is what I ordered them. When I opened the packet.. took out the LARGE MASH to share between them and what do I get…. The mash is not even a quarter filled up in the plastic little bucket… and just gravy… NO MASH! The sprinkle pops were so old that not even I could eat the chicken pops! So now.. I sit with two little boys that are hungry and crying for their mash and pops!</p> <p> </p> <p>So I my husband opens his BURITO… which on the advert says “Enjoy delicious savoury rice, kidney beans, smooth avocado, creamy cheddar cheese, tangy relish and THREE crunchy Zinger strips cooked to golden brown perfection, all lovingly folded into a large tortilla” , First of all there was only one very small chicken strip in the Burrito and ICE COLD!</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I opened my box meal, already furious with all the food I ordered and the results, and my piece of Chicken is OLD, ICE COLD, CHIPS is COLD, BURGER BUN IS OLD, NO MAYO and NO TOMATO!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This was the worst service I have had in a long time! It seems the later it gets, the lazier the staff gets! Prepares the food beforehand and gives clients COLD, OLD and not even HALF FULL food!</p> <p> </p> <p>We had a tough day yesterday and all we wanted was to get some nice food and get our kids to bed with a full tummy and this is what you get!</p> <p> </p> <p>Address: KFC, Hendrik Verwoerd Drive, Corner Rooihuiskraaal Road.
