Unacceptable Service at KFC Leeuwfontein

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received at KFC Leeuwfontein. This is now the second time my order has been wrong.

I ordered a Streetwise meal with gravy, and my slip clearly shows that gravy was included. However, instead of gravy, I was given pap with cabbage. This is unacceptable, especially as it has happened before at the same branch.

I have both the receipt and a picture as proof of the incorrect order. As a paying customer, I expect to receive exactly what I paid for.

I am very disappointed and angry about this repeated poor service.

I would like this matter addressed urgently and an explanation provided.

Please advise how this will be resolved.
