Unacceptable service

I have really received the worst customer care from KFC Fochville this evening. I ordered 10 x dunked wings and 1 x all in one feast with the free 1.5 litter coke online at 19:10 for delivery and recieved my confirmation email and sms.

The confirmation mail stated that it will be 30min for delivery however, by 20:00 we still haven't received any delivery and called only to find out that our order has been sitting in the restaurant with no action taken for delivery and the person that answered the call was also not helpfull at all and arrogant. As if it was my fault. By 20:15 the delivery guy showed up with cold food and I also didnt received the 1.5 liter coke. The food was horrible and i cant see how you serve your customer cold food.

This is really unacceptable service and a complete waist of my money.
