Unacceptable service

I stopped eating at kfc over a year due to past bad experiences. My pregnant wife was craving for it so I decide to use another branch out of my area due to the past bad experiences. I get there and there's no cheese for the burgers, we still get charged the same price with no compensation at all, the staff were brilliant the service was quick but kfc really needs to work on their policy and procedures or fix their supply and demand issues instead of ripping consumers off.
