unacceptable service

The working hours at KFC Secunda East on Horwood street say they close at 23h00 today but while i was they cashier decided at two cars away from me at the windows that shes closed at 22h44! So all of us had to wait in the que for the last person ahead to get their food and we were able to get out of KFC at 22h56 without food. What nonsense is that, you don't even respect your own operating hours and then you have decency to annoy us with R2 donations yet we have to go sleep without food like those street kids we are donating for.
