Unacceptable service

I went to KFC claremont on the 25th of September and purchased a KFC family feast. To my horror these people unlike all other KFC's i know were actually taking an order then rushing to prepare the food as a customer waits. I requested to speak to the manager, bayatandwa. His excuse was that they did not anticipate high sales since it was a holiday. That was rather absurd for holiday time is when a high sales volume is expected. To make maters worse they did not have the gravy for the mash and gravy. I asked what i would get in place of that and they said salads. To make maters worse further, when i got home, the order was incomplete. The mash was not there. The wings i purchased separately were not included too. This was really bad.
