Unacceptable

So disappointed in the service I received at the KFC in Craighall. I ordered my meal through the drive-thru, only to be told to wait in the parking for it - mind you there was no one else in the drive-thru. 30 minutes passed and that's when I decided to go inside the store to enquire about my order for them to tell me they had forgotten.

I'm so irritated at the service of KFC and especially your staff. Rachael was so inconsiderate and nonchalant about the situation.
