Unacceptable disgusted service

I buy from KFC daily. I normally get the best of service at the bracken fell branch but the past week my two experiences at your cape gate branch unacceptable. This is not the first time I'm complaining about the store. This morning I bought two streetwise 2 meals a small coke and small cappachino. It's clearly advertise as 15 rand to "any" meal and that's what I get at the bracken fell branch normally. But I was told here it's only with breakfast meals. I took my food and when I actually started eating to realize the chicken is heated up chicken from the previous day. I have pictures of everything. It's dry and unacceptable. Earlier the week me and my fiance ordered streetwise 3 meals only to get shocking pieces of chienken. One meal was 3 wings and like litteraly about 12 chips and the other meal was 2 wings and a drumstick with barely chips. We were just told it was 3 pieces and thay not going to change it. Yet again I have pictures of that also.

Why does one branch treat u like u a king and the other branch like they doing u a favor to help u.

Further more after the incident of wrong pricing the supervisor was very nice and actually said she will come back to me I do appreciate that but the cashier kgahliso started speaking to her colleagues (in her mother language presumably thinking I do not understand) bt I did understand when she told her colleagues about me going on about a 5 rand. If KFC needs a 5 rand this badly they can have it but it's about the principle. How many 5rands gets taken without people noticing. I quess its thousands a month.
