Unacceptable Customer Service at KFC Grayston Drive

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at KFC Grayston Drive. I placed an order for x3 Streetwise 2 chips, x2 Streetwise 2 pap, and x1 Bucket for One. However, when I received my order, it was incomplete – only x1 Streetwise 2 chips, x2 Streetwise 2 pap, and x1 Bucket for One were included. Upon returning to the store to collect the missing items, the staff member assisting me displayed an unacceptable attitude and failed to provide the missing pieces I requested initially. To make matters worse, the chicken I was given had soggy skin.

This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable brand. How can I, as a paying customer, be treated with such disrespect, especially when my order was not fulfilled correctly? The lack of professionalism and poor attitude towards customers is appalling.
