Unacceptable customer service

I placed an order via the kfc app on 17 November 2023 at around 2pm. When I got to the store, the manager advised that the system was offline and that I needed to wait for another hr and maybe they would be able to process my order. I refused to wait as I had hungry kids in the car. I asked her to deliver my order when it was ready as this was an inconvenience to me. She said that she couldn't have the meal delivered, but would call as soon as order was ready. I did not hear from her the entire weekend. I emailed KFC customer care on the 23 November 2023 and to date I have only spoken to one person. I have not received any feedback or refund.
