Unacceptable Customer Service

Late yesterday I went to get food from KFC Alex Mall. For a change the food did not take the whole night before it came out. What makes me angry is the way they packed the food and my chips were spilling over in the packet. The mash and gravy were close to spilling over.

When I got home the meat was very dry and in the 8 piece that I ordered I only got 1drumstick,1 wing,1 thigh and the rest were side breast??? If you guys did not have proper portions you should have told me. Its really unacceptable to get portions like that??

this is not the first time that this is happening. the last time the Lady Manager had to step in an assist as I showed her that the chips spilled in my pack.

Please brush up on your customer service which for now I feel that there isn't any.
