Unacceptable

I am very unhappy with KFC in Nelspruit and the customer care line. They cancelled an order i placed with them after paying online. When i called they kept me on hold for 12min. Then they tell me, my money will be refunded to me within 7 - 14 days!!! I am very dissapointed and disgusted!
