Unacceptable bad service.. KFC ***amas..

Order was placed @ 14:29 pm at kfc ***amas drive through. They said i must wait 10 minutes for the zinger wings... I waited in the car in 38 degree heat untill 14:50pm. I phoned them from the parking lot to ask if my order was ready... 14:59 the manager and one employee came out with the order. I looked at the order and realized the order was incomplete.. They took back the order again... An 10 minutes later they braught tbe correct order at 15:10 pm.. Total time was 40 minutes that was supposed to be 10 minutes..
