UberEats and KFC {Pinelands

I recently placed an order via Uber Eats from KFC in Pinelands, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

The delivery was late, and the driver did not follow the delivery instructions. By the time the food arrived, it was cold. Additionally, my order was incomplete—there was no tomato sauce or chilli salt included, which are normally part of the meal.

The Zinger wings I received were overcooked—extremely crispy and darker in colour than usual, making them unpleasant to eat.

This experience was far below the standard I expect from KFC, and as a result, I do not intend to order from this branch again
