Uber eats refund my money

I ordered the food from kfc Meadowdale via uber eats. And apparently i added extra food by mistake and I realized after the order went through that these more food. I tried to find how to cancel my order on the app and then finally i managed to get cancel. However i even notified the delivery man i canceled my food because of extra stuff added. He never delivered the order and my money was not reversed to my account. Till today im still waiting and now they telling me about the 48 hours policy and when i checked the policy it doesn't state anywhere about the 48 hours policy. Kindly assist me with getting my money back
