Uber eats driver ****mer

My girlfriend ordered food today at 16:20. On uber eats okay kfc family feast on the app we waited for the order to arrive but the delivery guy went to the wrong location and we tried to communicate with him about the surroundings to check and that his not at the right location but he just read our messages and never bothered to care we called him and he answered but kept quite I even went out to check where he said he was I at the wrong location but I was told he was there and left after few minutes on the app he said he delivered the food at the door which door when you at the wrong location and Uber eats says they won't refund because of his negligence how can you leave food on the floor as he said I regret using the app because their drivers are ****ming us..
