Ubcooked chicken

I bought the meat yesterday from the franchise in Willows Bloemfontein through Mr D and when the meat arrived to my discovery and careful inspection while eating, the meat wasn't cooked well throughout. The disappointment that I had is the result of this review about this outlet. I don't think I'll ever waste my money by buying their meat anymore as I wonder if there are any thorough checks done before the meat is deemed ready for consumption.
