****ty service KFC Kabega

On the 15th of December just after 7 pm I went to KFC in Kabega, I got the worst service ever , I went through the drive trough, when I got to the speaker to place my order no one responded I then assumed that the speaker doesn’t work so I proceeded to the paying window to my surprise the car behind me was placing an order, I decided to walk back to the speaker and explain to the lady taking orders what transpired and I asked her to please place my order, she then started being rude with me and shouting at me she then said she’s not gonna place my order and if I don’t move by the queue she’s gonna call Atlas security. Where the hell does this KFC staff member get the audacity to speak to a client like that?
