****ty service everytime i visit kfc skycity, what's wrong with you guys? We can't even complain to anyone, a lady with a name tag "Namhla" told me to go inside to order as there was no one at the drive through counter, i went inside and stood for almost 30 minutes without getting any assistance, i went back to drive through and i found the lady who then assisted me but no one gave a damn to tell me to go back to drive through or assist when i was just standing at the counter in the store, this thing has to stop we need professional staff at skycity kfc, the ones available don't care about customers.

I'll never put my foot there!!!
