****ty service at KFC westridge

We just come from the kfc in westridge and received the worst service ever, i ordered a fully loaded box meal , a street wise 2 a very berry crusher and a coke we paid proceeded to the window where u collect your food gt the fuly loaded box meal and the street wise 2 and was asked to wait in front for the crusher that was at 20:58 by 21:10 we werr still waiting for the crusher and the coke to come, so very ****ed off i get out of the car to enquire about the rest of my order , i ask where my stuff , lady asked What? I SAY MY CRUSHER, ges what they forgt , another 5 mins ther crusher machine isnt working i get my coke she tell who ever to refund me whoever tells her to make it with ice cream , but thats not what i ordered so 20 mins now waitong for a ****ing crusher gt my refund and the ****en food is cold, not seeing me there again, very *********** staff
