I am distgusted at the service from KFC Mt Edgecombe in Durban. They toom the order and made me wait 30 minutes than asked ne to wait 10 minutes for my food and than after asking them when it will be ready after 20 minutes they rudely told me another 30 minutes or im free to leave. I asked for the storr manager who sent out someone else saying she is too busy for petty things.The cuatomer service is appailling. I took the annitiative to call the complaints number they put up and the gentlemen Raj said he will find out what happened and dropped the call and never called me back.This is distgusting and should have your people checked we pay good money to be treated rudely.
