****ty 24 hour service!!!!

KFC Sanddown road Cape town Parklands, worst service ever, 24 hours service, I called and hour before the time to have them prepare the order for collection, I get to the window and they haven't even started on the order, I get told it would take 7 mins to have it completed and then I went and parked in front of the store, note this was at 2:11AM , drive thru service, I waited and 20 minutes passed, I saw another car enter the drive way, but not exit so I go around to see if my order is complete, but no I get around to the last window to find the cashier having a fat conversation with drunk customers in the car that came past who already have their food handed to them, note she was not the only one working anyone could have brought the food to me, Guess the others were simply doing whatever else they do instead of work, note as well that me and the driver or customer in front of me were the only two there so there's no reason for service to be this bad, I get to the window once this customer decided to drive off and I get handed my food that I saw simply standing next to her register, waiting for her to conclude her oh so important conversation I presume, this was the most terrible service I have ever received, I mean to be honest KFC is after all KFC and this is cape town, customer service isn't really a strong point, but to have someone wait who is clearing by the way I ordered my food in a rush, till you are done with your conversation, not even thinking to have one of the other many workers bring me my food, this is pathetic, absolutely disgusting to be honest , Food basically cold, not having time to argue about getting it sorted, already being over 30 minutes late from getting back to work (I work night shift), but no I get handed my food with a big smile and a laugh as if my time is not important.

I would never even recommend going to this KFC to my worst enemy.

This is absolutely off putting. I work as Quality control and this service would be something that would result in immediate termination of contract.

Utterly disgusted.
