Two main items per meal chicken/chips - no chips!

We hope the manager was a acting manager and not the actual manager for Isando. You will definitely loose customers with her. No sign said there is no chips. They want you to buy a street wise two for R29.90 without chips? where as a piece of chicken is R14.90 seriously how ridicules. We asked to replace the chips with coleslaw which is cheaper then an normal portion of chips, after argument the lady at the till said yes. She call the manager the so called manager, which deleted the meal and said no without engaging with the customer first. when I said to the lady get me the manager she refused to come to the front, I shouted they wasting customer time as the queue already standing outside the door (I have a photo). they eventually gave way. this is horrible experience and that between 12-13 peak lunch hour. we waited 40 minutes from entering the queue to leaving the store. THIS NEVER HAPPENED with this store before. this was not our only meal the same with the box master but here we could only buy the box master only so you not loosing anything accept for your appetite.
