Twister-Pay full GET HALF SPECIAL!

I contacted KFC call centre to order a delivery after a hard day! I spoke to a very friendly consultant, and was told that my delivery will be at my house in 30 to 40 minutes... After 1 hour 15 minutes I was still waiting outside!!! I then phoned the Mansfield branch and they assured me the driver is on his way. I waited for another 20minutes! Then my food finally arrived. My husband asked the driver why he took so long. His reply was that they only have 2 delivery bikes! Ok, so I was upset already! We had to warm the food since it was cold! I opened my hawain twister which I always order! The first and only bite I took was so dry, I almost choked! I looked inside and all I could find was 2 chicken strips, half a slice of pineapple and a s**** full of mayo in one corner!!! No garnish!!! I then phoned the complaints line and the person I spoke to said they will phone me back in 2 days. I'm still waiting and it's been since Wednesday! I posted on the facebook page of KFC and I received a response to send an email to customer care. I did! I received the \read"notification"
