Tshepo: Employee of the Year!

At KFC mangaung, Bloemfontein... Kenworth Center. In my every torrid history with KFC... I have yet to leave here such a satisfied and content customer! I have had several complaints at this very branch, ranging from poor service to horrible quality of food. So, as I am able to comment when there is negative behavior... Its imperative that I comment when the service and the food goes above and beyond. Finally, you are living up to your ethos! My server was Thepo, I came in to order a streetwise1, about 30 minutes ago... He is the breed of employee that you should want to cultivate. I expect acknowledement of my COMPLIMENT! As quick as you are to call when there is a complaint, I expect for this young man to be acknowledged and for me to be updated of the proceedings.
