TSAKANE MALL KFC

Phumza from Tsakane Mall KFC is very rude , I went there to buy 9piece and my card Declined and she responded back to me "YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY" instead of saying "sorry your card Declined"not judging me because I couldn't done some transactios on my bank app, I was hurt even those customers behind me heard , she's so disrespectful when it comes to customers , and I did my transactions then qued again ,by the time i paid for my order I asked her "why did you tell me that I don't have money? She said my manager will give me a warning to thats why I spoke like that I'm still asking myself that she's got a gut not even I'm sorry she's just afraid of a warning to treat me badly I will never buy from them I'd rather go to chicken licken or nandos
