Trolleys not allowed. KFC Batho plaza

Soshanguve Batho plaza KFC . I went there entered pushing a trolley and I was told that trolleys are not allowed inside. How do you leave a trolley outside full of groceries unattended. I asked for the reason and I was told the trolley damages the mat that is in their entrance. I'm so unhappy about this treatment it seems the mat is important than me as a customer.
