Triple Charge for a Family feast

So I went to the drive through and purchased a family with sides and 2 ice creams. The total added up to R179 and some changes. I paid using my card and three times I got charged and when I told the cashier she told me it did not go through on her side. I got charged thrice R179 and my bank has confirmed that this payment has gone through. I had to pay cash in order for me to get my food. This is unacceptable. I went back to them and now they telling me they don't have my money which is unacceptable as my bank has confirmed the payments went through.
