Treatment of employees

It is with sadness and disgust that I have to write this. I went through to the new Kfc opposite Knowles Spar in Pinetown Kzn yesterday and witnessed an appalling altercation by the Manager there. She was busy screaming and degrading ine of her staff members so harshly and badly that I decided to leave the place without purchasing my food. I know that good business success stems from happy employees and I shudder to think what will happen to that branch with such a rude Manager. How can one say her employee is useless in front of customers? Maybe that made her feel superior or important but it certainly did not go down well with the customers. I therefore humbly ask KFC to consider disciplining their Managers on how to lead and Manage their employees instead of speaking to them like *******. If that lady is suffering from stress she.must stay a t home or take leave . Thank you
