Treated like a ***** (KFC Southway Mall)

I have never in my life treated like this before, becouse of the old mutual rewards voucher with KFC. Those ladies from KFC Southway mall Durban do not have a good level of service, I was treated like a *****, they were busy requesting for Receipt for so many times,and waited for my for almost like 20 minutes, when i got home surprise!! the mash and gravy was cold, the chicken breast in my burger so dry, raw potato chips , i couldn't eat, so for that i am so disappointed and would want Old Mutual to review and consider adding KFC as their retails partners to redeem my rewards .
