Treat all customers with respect

Today I went to KCF in Protea North and I bought a Kentucky Bucket of R199. The lady that packed my order should learn never to undermine customers just because you judge a book by it's cover. The bucket comes with 9 pieces and she put in 8. Now how I know she did it on purpose is cause I heard her colleague when I came back saying the lady knows. Continue undermining your customers you will end up loosing business. Training needed
