Traumatic experience

On the 18 May I was in Madeira street , Umtata Eastern Cape, I wanted to use restrooms after I had my meal, when I got to the rest rooms there was no tissues (Toilet paper) toilets were not in good state they were smelling n dirty, I reached out to the guy that was heading to their office upstairs asking for tissue he said he is coming back with it, after 5 minutes another lady was heading to same office I asked her to remind previous guy am still waiting he then showed his face and told me they are looking for the key to store room which was strange, I waited still it was now 2 of us my self and another guy , another lady came "their employee" I said the same thing to remind guy we still waiting she asked with attitude did you buy anything from the store? I rep**** and told her yes we got slips, she came with rolled tissue in her hand that was not enough for me or Toddlers bums , I felt small and disrespected she did not apologize even the guy that promised to look for the window never came back to explain and show how they value us as the customers, am sure if it was an elder a lot would have happen as they did not know the reason I wanted to use rest rooms and if I had a child something embarrassing would have happened am not happy with their services and how they treat people their customer service is trash they only focusing on taking orders that respecting people in their premises I will never buy or recommend that kfc again , I was travelling to Durban hence I needed something to eat before embarking the journey n I wanted to use rest room to be ready for the road, from that day till today I have never used kfc n I doubt I will buy Kfc ever again ,5 Madeira Mtata kfc gave me Traumatic experience.
