TRAIN YOUR STAFF- KFC CANAL WALK SHELL

Today, 28/01/2020- I was at the Shell garage in Century City filling up petrol and then i got this whiff of smell of KFC I couldn't resist and I went inside KFC whilst the petrol attended is still buys with the car. I asked the lady there if I could get the "Tuesday special" and two mini-loaves. And I also if they could possibly not put "thighs pieces", they can put any other pieces except for thighs. Don't get me wrong, I love KFC but I don't like thigh pieces - they are too fatty!! Anyhow the lady was not impressed with me, she told me it's either I take and accept what they're giving me or else go to other KFC where they could help me with my special request.

I was quite shocked and I didn't say anything because they were people around and I didn't want to make a scene. I didn't want that spoil my day as I was going back to the office. So on to the office I remembered there's KFC in N1 City- Goodwood, got what I was looking for and the lady Niki who took my order was very nice and very accurate. Thank you N1 City Goodwood

As for the KFC Canal Walk Shell, I think your staff is really and they are annoyed by customers, you can sense presence as soon as you walk into the shop. YOUR STAFF is tired and in need staff recreational activities or RE-TRAINED OR SOMETHING!!!
