Trading times

It is wrote big on the wall open at 06:30 however whenever we go to purchase some coffee and a breakfast sandwich they tell customers that they open at 7. Why would you have a sign saying that trade starts at 06:30 to then open at 7? I work in the mall and they are convenient. Will never go there again
