Trading hours

Trading hours are set to be from 08:00-20:00 yet they are not open for more than 45 minutes into the trading hours. Yet there's no explanation to customers outside, the workers carry on as though everything is fine...KFC keeps on dissapointing...i think i will stop buying from them...the workers inside are contradicting each other..one said they have a problem then the other one says we are still cooking...makes me question the customer service and the meaning of fast food and why they exist
