Tough and old chicken and coleslaw

I've bought a Streetwise 3 on Saturday yo but wasn't I disappointed, I could not really chew the meat it was tough and old. Today my wife again bought KFC I was disappointed again I had a drum stick and a breast piece. I couldn't chew the tough and old. The coleslaw was also hard everything was old. I paid for this tough and old stuff twice unacceptable.
