Touching food with no gloves

I went through to KFC old main road on the 30th of January around 16:45 to buy dinner for my family. I ordered afew items and one if the items was snack burgers. I go to this KFC regularly as its close to work and quiet often i get informed to wait in the bay and they will bring my food to me as they are waiting for some items to get ready. On this day however i waiting at the window as i was not asked to move. I watched as one of the staff made my 2 snack burgers. She had no gloves on and she placed the patty on the burger usibg her fingers pressed it down and placed the top of the bun and pressed down again with her fingers and wrapped them up. Once she left them at the counter i called the manager on duty and related what occured. I asked if this is a normal procecure and were are there gloves. She said they dont use gloves only tongs. So i asked for the owners details i was informed that it is Kuben Naidoo but they dont have a contact number for him. This was also strange as the owners number should be displayed in the store. I asked the lady to cancell the burger order and another lady brough through some blue gloves and said she will make me a new burger and i refused asking for my refund and to speak to some more senior. She informed me the senior supervisor had left already and gave me her number. I called the lady and she was on her way home. She said she will call me back once she is home with Mr Kuben Naidoos number. I have still not recieved a call. People who buy at this KFC think twice there are some many germs that get passed through someones hands to food which could make you very sick do you want to buy from a KFC that dont use gloves and touch your food. I will never go back
