Totally unacceptable service

I went into the KFC branch Greenfields east London on 01 November at 16H14 only to be told that there speedpoints are not working and that they can only take cash. I wanted to order a streetwise 5 and a large coleslaw. I asked your cashier how much it would cost. I then walked to the nearest ATM to get the cash. that was after standing in a cue. I also had to now pay saswitch charges. Eventually i get back to the KFC branch eventually I get served. Then im told that they dont have coleslaw. I then come to pay and now they have no change. The ATM gave R200.00. So i get a R100.00 note and the rest in R1.00 coins which is unacceptable. As for this R2.00 beg everytime a person comes into your stores which is for your own advertising is not on. If you want to have a campaign you pay the full amount as you are playing on peoples emotions. Everytime I go into this branch the noise levels are so high is totally ridiculous. The quality of your food is on the down move
