Totally sisspointed fast food outlet

I placed an order online and paid twice since the people at Merebank branch didn't have my order. I had to wait longer as the people didn't get my order for me to collect. This is so unprofessional as I had to wait longer and it's payday and the branch was so busy. Also why must kfc only allow credit cards to pay. Majority of SA uses capitec and we can't use our bank cards as only privilege people can order, this is ******. Now I have to contact my absa bank to reverse my earlier transaction. This is so unnecessary. What an inconvenience. Totally disappointed.
