Totally disgruntled

Last night I went to KFC, Westridge Mitchell's Plain. Tried to buy a simple Shared meal. Firstly they had run out of coleslaw. How do you run out of an item that is an integral part of your meals? I then settled for a watered down meal which did not include cole slaw. On returning home I discovered that the chips was cold & not freshly fried. If that's not enough to get one angry, I discovered the lettuce & condiments on the burgers were also stale & not fresh. A simple KFC meal cost me a lengthy telephone call, because needless to say, I complained. It also cost me being inconvenienced because a trip back to the franchise was necessary. As I explained to the person in charge - I passed several eateries on my way home from work but chose to support local & a business in my area = but what a disappointment.
