TOTALLY APPALLED AT KFC GOODWOOD

So disgusted in KFC Goodwood. Never in the history of buying KFC did I ever experience such disrespect. Clearly someone was very hungry and decided to take a hap from one of the side burgers that came with my Family feast 10 piece, as it comes with 3 sides and I chose the 2 burgers, 2 pops, and 1x4 zinger wings. Yes someone took a HAP - an actual bite. Never buying from KFC Goodwood again. SIES!! See proof attached and never buy from KFC Goodwood again. You never know what else can be in your food. I called the manager, Porcia and advised her of this and I also posted a video as proof on their facebook page. She apologized and said she will look into it, but didn't take down my name and number to give me a follow-up call. I tested her as I wasn't really interested in getting a follow-up call, but since I am in customer service, I was checking to see if she will ask for those details and actually call me back. I told her that I hope there are cameras in the kitchen and if so, please check as the time on my receipt is 20:52, perhaps you will see the perpetrator on camera biting into one of the side burgers. She was friendly, but in my opinion, not trained up enough. She offered to replace this side burger with a full burger meal, which I refused as I cannot be certain anymore. To think someone - a staff member, actually put their mouth and teeth on my food - hell no, never again!
