Total incompetence

I visited KFC @ uMzinto North on sunday 01/03/15 and was served by a cashier named Hazel who whilst standing in queue was busy exchanging words with a fellow staff member whislt we waited. When we placed our order she failed to inform us that the boxmaster is only available in Zinger and left out some of the items we ordered. One other thing is we ordered 3 virgin mojitos and we were told that the outlet is out of cooldrinks and ice not sure if that is suppose to happen during busy periods such as month ends maybe I work in a different retail world where you made to wait for over 45mins at a fast food outlet.
